Getting New

Obviously, I have been revamping things and replacing them with new ones. I learn to let go, and part of it is just to let go of everything else too. To top of it all, my laptop. I need to change it. I need a smaller one like a notebook. I have to be more mobile than the usual. I need inspiration like never been before. I can’t write here at home. I have chores. I can’t be creative and domesticated at the same time. I really need change. I mean, change has just ultimately came along without a warning, I might as well embrace it.

So, my one year old laptop will go to the dad, which he plans to upgrade the system memory and something else. I ought to do all the upgrading, but thanks to pay delay I never have done any. Oh well, I’m not really thinking of getting a fancy one. Although somehow I would like a Macbook. But hey, my material principle - "buy something that it’s easy to throw, dispose and no guilt when lost." It should be of affordable price with specifications that fit my lifestyle.

I am indeed meticulous about my things. However, I don’t want to hold any sentimental values. It’s too cliche. I’m not rich to just throw things away. It’s just I believe that there are better things to keep. Ha! They are not even things. The only things I would want to hold of are letters. I don’t even want to keep pictures. Well, sort of… but letters always move me away.
