As i focus on letting go of the one thing that makes me hold on to life, I just want to bitch today. I love skimboarding like a crazy someone in love. I love my skimboards. They are my babies. Beavis makes my skimboards. Although, I don’t love Beavis in such a way, he indeed has taught me how to have an intimate relationship with my boards. Not in a perverted way, of course. Hehehehe.

Having a Beavis or a Middlewave board comes with experience and expertise. I trust Beavis when it comes to my boards, even if it means that we sort of argue about some things. I always know that when he makes a board it comes with lots of love. He is meticulous and then some. The very reason why I volunteer and promise to help him sell his boards. He is not a entrepreneur. He is just someone who loves skimboarding; makes skimboards; and, skims good.

Newbies are like sprouting everywhere. I don’t have anything against them. Hey whatever works for the community is fine with me. I mean, I’m glad that more and more people are taking notice and getting interested in the game.

But what I don’t like is someone would tell about ^$*)*&)*^&*%(&^). Hehehehe censored. It’s like this - when I’ve gone to a surf shop that sells skimboard, I’ve fallen in love with this green Victoria foamie. I actually dis on my Malaysian trip so I could buy it, and of course I also want the Indo board. I mean, I have spent so much on a guy before, I’ve always cancelled on buying a foamie. Not that I don’t want to surprise Brad anymore, but I deserve this. Well, it doesn’t matter anymore because I’ve lost my job and I could not afford one.

Anyway, well, I’ve been there looking around. Actually, just staring at the green skimboard. The store owner has noticed. I’ve asked him about a couple of things about skimboarding. Too bad he couldn’t say some things. Surfers… ha! And then he has asked me, “What’s your board?” I’ve told him, “Well it’s a local woodie made with lots of love by a friend.”

Yeah, Beavis makes boards in a way an artist does. The boards are plain without graphic art, but I can guarantee that it has this way with the waves. I always get an extra attention with it. First, it looks like a foamie. Second, it has this certain glide.

I don’t know, but I have a little problem with some people promoting their boards with love. Because, I come up with the idea, besides the fact that Beavis and I love skimboarding so much. We don’t sell boards because we want to make profit or get the product known out there. But, we sell boards because we want to advocate skimboarding. Hehehe… we sometimes say no to people, especially those who want to skim because being in the game is cool.

Hehehe I don’t like to bitch. I know those people. They are nice people. Hehehehehe. By the way, I also know someone who has patterned a discussion room from mine. Oh well, I don’t really mind. The bright side of it, I manage to influence others.
